for some reason in the first picture why is it being rendered with the Singapore skyline.. its in dubai right?

This is a fantastic idea put into plan and we as usual, humans tend to question everything without really thinking about it..Without people who create, life will be monotonous,, let yourself go with the flow, like everything, it should be planned and build..give the achitechtures a chance, it makes landscapes more exciting, livable and colorful..if it can be dreamed, then it can be build..it’s the way of the universe..enjoy life..
i dreamed about this building 20 yrsa ago, for the islands, where my home is, and seeing this actually done is a great feeling of achievement even though i only dreamed about it..someone out there caught it and went with it..everything in life is an idea a dream a suggestion spoken, written, thought but it was caught by another mind and produced to be enjoyed..

question ?
they are saying they are using wind turbines between floors.the wind turbines depend on the heighe ,power and rotor . so as much as we go up these turbines will be generating more power . so do you think is there a use of placing them in lower floors?
second what about the structure?

now we are moving the floors around ………so what about moving the floors up and down,mean today be on first floor but tomorrow be on 4th or 6th or…..it could be??
