STrange..competition. Does one have to be rich to enter? Looks like it, by the webpage.. do you have to buy your plot in order to realize this?

This competition is a terrific idea.The official website is excellent. I wonder if we can obtain updated info on how many people have entered and submitted their model and A3 panel by 5pm Friday 7th Sept. Also is it possible to get a continous blog on the whole project up and running? It would be of interest to many people. Ted H

can you then sell off the free property? Do you have to built on it? Can you sell richt after you built something?
