I really don’t think that this is all that bad. It’s building off of their long-standing research with felt as a building material — and plus it just looks really, really comfortable. It’s a modern day rumpus room for young and old.

i guess my problem with this is that they have chosen to create a vitra shanty home. this seems desperately “edgy”…
i hope this is not a new trend in “high design”.

Just as Ben said, it’s disappointing.
R&E Bouroullec do have the potential to become as popular as Aemes within 30/40 years IMO
Seems they have most of the time a ‘Hit’ with an occassional ‘Mis’ (like this awfully stitch room)
