ESTA ES LA TORRE MAS HORRENDA QUE HE VISTO EN MI VIDA, NO TIENE EL VALOR O EL DISENO SUFICIENTE PARA REPRESENTAR LA RIQUISIMA HISTORIA DE MEXICO DURANTE ESTOS DOS SIGLOS DE INDEPENDENCIA, ES UN DISENO FLOJO, PARECE EL ATAUD DE DRACULA, LA CIUDAD DE MEXICO SE MERECE ALGO QUE SIMBOLIZE SU HISTORIA, ALGO IMPONENTE, HERMOSO, ALGO PARECIDO A LAS CONSTRUCCIONES QUE ACTUALMENTE SE REALIZAN EN ASIA COMO EL CENTRO FINANCIERO DE SHANGAI, RECORDEMOS QUE ESAS ZONAS DEL MUNDO TAMBIEN SUFREN DE TERREMOTOS, PERO SUS DISENADORES SUPIERON MEZCLAR LA SEGURIDAD CONN LA BELLEZA DE LOS EDIFICIOS.... LES RECOMIENDO SUS DISENADORES QUE ENTREN A LA PAGINA scrycrapers.com Y AHI VERAN LO QUE ES UNA VERDADERA OBRA.... PERO LO MAS TRISTE DE ESTA OBRA NO ES EL DISENO, ES EL EXCESO DE "BURROCRACIA" QUE EXISTE EN NUESTRO PAIS, QUE AUNQUE PROGONGAN UNA PIRAMIDE AZTECA DE 1000 METROS; EL GOBIERNO NO LO VA A PERMITIR, POR SI NO LO SABEN EN MEXICO EL DESARROLLO Y EL EXITO ESTAN PROHIBIDOS.

Couldn't disagree more with this comment..'Seems like lazy design. It’s basically Josh Prince Ramus’ Museum Plaza with the Seattle Public Library’s skin.'
If he had any idea about the beauty, and simplicity behind this building, then he would realise that its a piece of history in the making. Nothing at all like the Museum Plaza, and take a closer look at the facade...since when are structural cables similar in appearance to Seattles diagrid? If your going to make such ludicrous comments, perhaps you should explain why?

Sorry to destroy the party, but the tower is over, the goverment cancel the project, it's out of the law, out of context, and the koolhas project as shown, is cancelled. But the developers got a permit for 25 stories, so maybe they will hire a local architect and do something more modest. At the end of the day, not everyone adores the glamour of pseudo intellectuall icons (koolhass)

Yes Mexico City has horrible traffic and regardless where you build anything in that city, traffic will remain the same. With that said, It's not the best I have seen but it adds to Mexico City's ever so appealing charm. Fact is, Mexico City is a world-class city and capital of EVERYTHING in Latin America, Mexico and especially Mexico City architecture is to die for. I have seen the mix projects being built in cities such as San Fran and LA (Since I live in both) but by far the buildings in Lomas and Santa Fe are more complex and breathtaking.

It is an outrageously high building for an earthquake zone, and that's frightening. Not to mention that it is like all the other new monoliths, which are covering the world these days. Could be more inventive.
