I agree it could be so much more with so much less, but I&#039;m not a millionaire. And I can imagine this kind of &#039;exclusive&#039; development is exactly what the Russian millionaire culture is waiting for. I even guess anything less unnatural and less waistfull would just not be accepted!  

The keen mind of the businessoriented architect just fills in the gap. Now we can hope he&#039;ll have the workethic to give it all attention necessary to make it into the Russian equivalent of Venice for the future. Not abusing the place for short term benefits, afterwords converging into a dead end.</description>
