I have just read this page and it was nice to know more about this interesting Blog, analysing and discussing interesting issues.
The winning Building reminds me of some reference.

Would you like to add a clue ? I can´t identify very well at the moment but maybe soon.
David Chipperfield has designed some contemporary styled homes in Portugal. Rare to find truly designer homes in this country if at all.
