New York really benefits from the strength of a real estate market that is able to sustain developers willing to build relatively small but daring condo developments by big-name (read: expensive) talent. It's fun seeing Ban go so high end, although it from the rendering it does look as though the residents will still need to use drapes in the evening. Hot!
