I think what people may be missing is that beautiful architecture is supposed to stand out from and blend in with it’s surroundings at the same time.

As a native New Yorker, I hate it. I love the architecture and design as a whole. However I think it looks like it belongs in D.C. or Seattle. Not New York City. It’ll be interesting to see how it turns out and hopefully when it’s actually completed, it looks more fitting to the landscape around it.

I don’t like this as a Master Plan. The architecture is fine, but I don’t see why the space cannot be made to follow the urban grid and let it be developed naturally. The yard between the towers looks like the projects.

I think its great…great that it is no where near where I live.
Steven H oll should be made to live in one of the ground floor appartments in the middle of this skyscraper forest for a minimum sentence of 25 years.

Wonderful to see the green area… and gently sloping at that. However, the structures seem somewhat cold on first impression. I venture to suggest that it requires some central focus.
