Some parts of this architectural achievement are appealing but others not so. I like some angles and corners but I’m not too crazy about the overall building. I like the slopes and tension in the building, but it's a bit overdone i think. And it reminds a lot to the Educatorium and Kunsthal from Koolhaas in the Netherlands. Those are fantastic buildings, but more readable and modern, so in my opinion 'better'. i don’t think this structure is overdimensioned :)
