Excesiva confianza en resolver una manzana cerrada con apenas tres tiras de viviendas….No lo resuelven….La verdad, las veo un poco duras, demasiado bauhaus….les faltó una vuelta de tuerca.

I think that es un buen ejemplo del way que hay que follow in our work of arquitectos: contar con un promotor responsable, no solo en economicals questions sino también con visión respetuosa hacia el architect.
It seems a good example of colaboración, merece ser desarrollado por un equipo multidisciplinar en la misma sala !!!

Ojalá la constructora no lo eche todo a perder. Promociones como éstas merecen mirar más allá del lucro de algunos…

This is beautiful, one of the most inspiring peices of communal architecture I have seen in a long time, I do however find the repetition a bit monotonous-reminiscent of mies’ workers housing maybe- could’ve been designed as a number of different modules which were alternated to create a bit of a grain. What is the material by the way? if brickwork I wish we had artisans like yours in South Africa
