		<description>How can this be a &quot;green&quot; building if light is pouring out into space from the garden and not illuminating anything useful? Somebody should get the Dark Sky Association on these guys for creating light pollution that further obscures our view of the night sky and milky way (which most of us have probably never seen anyway).</description>
