(they would not want the fumes either to eventually penetrate their own apartments. In any case I just cannot imagine they would do that on principle.) Love it! I have dreamed of a place like this, and the lack of ability to bring a motorized bike "inside" the way I can my bicycle has kept me from buying a scooter in my city. Kudos.
