Position: General Manager (Based in Shanghai to oversee multiple business units in SHA, BJ, and HK)
The primary responsibilities for this position will be to:
- Develop and lead the execution of a growth strategy which will ensure a sustainable development of a retail brand to achieve its full potential.
- Partner with the creative talent, supply teams, and sales staff to develop an organization capable of building a successful business.
- Develop, create and manage a results oriented environment where creativity flourishes and is harnessed to meet business objectives in a very sale focused way.
The Ideal candidate must have:
- Multicultural experience—appropriate language skills are a must.
- Intelligent, strong strategic and conceptual skills with an emphasis on leadership of strong teams and personalities.
- A strong personality and point of view combined with the ability to lead other through inspiration, communication, example, ideation and vision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in terms of product concept/strategy and directional thinking combined with business acumen to partner cross-functionally as well as externally with the consumers’ retail partners.
- High energy level and strong work ethic; roll up the sleeves and “pitch-in” attitude.
