Nice objects, but nothing more. It’ imagery. Novembre isn’t the only italian designer great at the moment: he’s just the most sponsored.
Have a look around: world is full of good design, even if it’s not on a design blog or on another famous magazine.

I’m not a big fan of Fabio Novembre but I like these trays a lot, although I think they’re are not very ergonomic. Nice idea.
