		<description>There are indications of what could be very a strong project here in terms of volumes and graphics. Good architecture is about more than this though, as I think most folks know.

Be great to see it developed up a bit, but it&#039;s still effectively a quarter finalist at this point. With a 25% chance of seeing it built, as well as having no idea of it&#039;s organisation, functionality, or materiality, i&#039;ll reserve my outright commitment to this particular lobby group for the moment..</description>

The thumbnail plans are too small for any detailed study, but the image of the main element is fine: serene, uncluttered, but visually arresting. Of course the de rigueur immense cantilever is there.  This will make  an outstanding addition to the waterfront.</description>
