Good architecture is about more than this though, as I think most folks know. Be great to see it developed up a bit, but it's still effectively a quarter finalist at this point. With a 25% chance of seeing it built, as well as having no idea of it's organisation, functionality, or materiality, i'll reserve my outright commitment to this particular lobby group for the moment.. The thumbnail plans are too small for any detailed study, but the image of the main element is fine: serene, uncluttered, but visually arresting. Of course the de rigueur immense cantilever is there.
