Japanese designers Inly Products have completed the interior of a hair salon in Osaka called Pulir.

‘Pulir’ is a Spanish word meaning ‘to polish’.

Takahiro Fujii of Inly Products says of the project: “Both the inside and the outside want you to be beautiful to a visitor. The trademark and the mirror were made from such a desire in the octagon, and it resulted in the image polished up from the raw ore of the diamond. ”

Not even funny. This diamond trend is a kind of stupid actually. Mirror reminds of Feng Shui Bagua mixed with yatch design…

Nasty floor finish, nasty ceiling extracts, mundane, nice retro octagonal mirrors im sure it costs a fortune to get your haircut there

It seems silly to use such a highly polished floor with recessed lights. garanteed glare

I have to agree with Rory. Retro doesn’t necessarily have to be a bad thing unless you fashion something to mimic tacky retro. Well they nailed it.
