interesting concept (real estate-wise at least)… wish I could see more of the interior though, and those plans aren’t helping much. the whole crushed glass thing has been done in mexico at least for years… don’t get me wrong, I’m all for it, but it could’ve been further exploited I thinik… maybe letting light in through them somehow (just thinking out loud).
I found particularily interesting Yes!’s comment pairing up Japanese and South American architecture… I think there is some of that…

the south americans and the japanese seem to be producing amazing architecture – a great counterpoint to “starchitecture”

very good… nice way of recycling bottles… although we should question the wisdom in terms of safety – it’s not a very smooth surface.
I don’t think the photos really make it justice, i am sure the surface is richer that what looks. More info please…
