		<description>Looks pretty, but no details. Also, the aerial photo shows no connections to the stadium - is everything underground or have they just forgotten paths and roads for the supporters? It's pity that there's no mention of the public scuba diving that currently occurs - the Navy are sorted and seem to have been guaranteed a new school. Is there a reason why the public can't still dive in the lake once the development is complete?</description>
