It is totally hidden away, it looks confused and why the hell they built that in west bromich i have no idea plus did you know it cost £50 million to build, really!. It is out of place and out of touch with the community, definately not appreciated by locals and it isn't free. window frames don't work and there is to much clutter inside. whatever. peace.
