		<description>It doesn&#039;t work, has no relevance to safety (because it doesn&#039;t work) and is probably not for sale, except perhaps as exhibition material for a design museum. Your confusion is perfectly understandable because this &#039;potential&#039; technology has been presented and packaged as a fully realised consumer product - a presentation that any reasonable person would not even consider until its supposed technological function actually worked. To wit: conceptual designers are not reasonable persons.  </description>
