A park which might mix the recreational needs of the development with local energy production is an idea that landscape architecture/urban design needs to explore further. It's very well for MAMA to say BUILD LESS but when the planet's human population and inherent slums keep growing - innovation in residential master planning and energy production is needed, more than ever, to meet these housing demands. Perhaps it might be more reasonable to suggest BREED LESS. I know it’s just sexy collage stuff but the right sentiments are there.
