		<description>EEA is making this competition project for the second. that first time competition in 2006 gave nothing for everyone, for all participants even van Egeraat.

this attempt was better according last one. so EEA has got the 1st prize.

by the way, this project made 2 EEA offices together in Rotterdam and Budapest. the biggest part was designed by office in Rotterdam. that&#039;s it.</description>
