Because that eco-city project that MVRDV is building looks amazingly like a rip of BIG's lego model. Obviously BIG rips a lot from MVRDV esp on representation, but I would have attributed the mountain to them. the diagrams are just a continuation of OMA's idea of lazy representation. usually i'm all for it. this time it doesn't really say much.
