Mikael - i don't mean to offend but you speak as though it is a negative thing... ? ... is it really? The media seems to insist we judge people by their ability to reinvent things, but you know, maybe some things are OK, don't need messing with. Its not mass market, its not like 10 billion hello-kitty, I like it!

He was dressed in a large flower ball costume at Emanuel Perrotin Tuesday night. While at first it was kind of cool to see him in person, and funny that a man that successful was dressed like that; it was sad when you thought about it.

The whole commodity and high/low culture thing reached its breaking point for me then. Art Basel takes all of the fun out of art and makes you wish there was more talent out there and less bullshit salesmen. Never has a large group of self important people ever gathered at once. Not even the Oscars are this bad.

And is the Hitler mustache back in in Europe? I've counted three so far, and it is a disturbing trend.

He gets to apply his iconic happy flower on many fun and surprising ways, but I still feel has has a hard time renewing himself... kind of more of the same, year after year.
