I don't know, but it is important. Especially in a building that is not used much. A great deal of architectural beauties are all looks and no function. They look wonderful, but you sure wouldn't want to live in them and you sure as hell would not want to be the one to maintain them. Beautiful/romantic things become nightmares very easily.
