Beautiful office space. The black mass is the warehouse. Relatively spare plaza serves as a driveway to the loading docks labeled 1-4 in the elevation. So the fact that they camouflaged the driveway (and you can barely notice) earns bonus kudos.

Fantastic interior, but why is the outside so incredibly stark? armored from drive-bys from drug cartels, maybe?

Love that tree inside. Hope it gets huge.
