		<description>Have a look at nicely organised Architectural practises for example Foster and Partners. They had to send home 1000 people out of 2000 because of the Credit Crunc and they are notoriously taking advantage on students...  for FREE. I agree, after a certain number of people (usually 130)  is a bit difficult to keep an eye on everything. Especially for an artist, who was made to create. BUT : Chaos can leads to perfection.</description>

btw i strongly recommend this issue of volume magazine for every jds lover/hater. the interview titled mismanagement. i think jeffery inaba is being diplomatically sarcastic to him. julien de smedt also admits his chaotic working agenda and the intern-abusing nature of his office (becareful before you applied JDS for a job). 

btw i think it&#039;s obvious that jhonny 5 is the associate of jds...</description>
