Have a look at nicely organised Architectural practises for example Foster and Partners. They had to send home 1000 people out of 2000 because of the Credit Crunc and they are notoriously taking advantage on students... for FREE. I agree, after a certain number of people (usually 130) is a bit difficult to keep an eye on everything. Especially for an artist, who was made to create. BUT : Chaos can leads to perfection.

average idea for a beautiful site. bjarke should be able to provide a more exciting scheme than this...

btw i strongly recommend this issue of volume magazine for every jds lover/hater. the interview titled mismanagement. i think jeffery inaba is being diplomatically sarcastic to him. julien de smedt also admits his chaotic working agenda and the intern-abusing nature of his office (becareful before you applied JDS for a job).

btw i think it's obvious that jhonny 5 is the associate of jds...

This will be a nice change. The current ski jump is not much to look at, but sitting up on the hill overlooking the city it is a great opportunity for some architecture.

Looking forward to seeing this coming up out of the ground. I can see the area from my kitchen window and the scene is not quite the same without the sillouette of the ski jump. this one will be fantastic to see and I do hope the lighting will be as dramatic as in the original renderings.
