We need "young architects"... And stuff.) before considering their actual merit and true purpose. This building amply exemplifies the point. It seriously fails on content. It´s quite clear in this case, the architect will have to go through a round of serious and painful design concessions in order to somehow validate the realization and functionality of this proposal.
