It doesn’t look flat or grey to me, in that it’s irregular shaped and mostly glazed. I’m curious to know what’s going on in that top storey that protudes out and seems to be clad in a different material

I like the look of it on first reaction, need to see some drawings and more views though.. Pretty large for a public library, larger than most I’ve seen in Scandinavia even!
