Israeli designers DAG-designlab have sent us pictures of their latest project, Darom lamp.

Darom lamp is an adjustable, wall-mounted reading lamp composed of a plastic light with a clamp, attached to a wooden base.

The light can be adjusted or removed completely using the clamp release button.

DAG-designlab is based in Tel Aviv and consists of Tal Mor and Shlomi Azulay.

What a lovely piece, witty in the all the right ways and functional too. I suppose you could use the bracket in many different ways such as hanging a coat, umbrella, etc. Hopefully this will find its way into production.
