Rafel, ever hear of a hose?, just need to spray water on it and that's it, you don have to literally hand mop the policarbonate, unless someone paints a graffity on it, but thats another thing.

I just wonder how they are going to clean those transparent, poly-carbon panels, with the metalic fence just some centimeters beside. They will surely need to dismount the fence?

Maybe the look of the chain link will be softened when they've planted some climbing plants on it.

I appreciate the clever use of chain link fencing as a finish material, but it gives a prison feel. Rather than the traditional steel poles supporting the fence, something in wood might have counteracted the prison look and the fence would appear to be just a screen.

I could easily see the architects feigning surprise at the idea of kids climbing the fence: they may well be closet parkour folks. It'll make the building fun.

Very minimal, elegant, and appropriate response...

Although kids do love to climb.
Is there not a risk the chain-link fence might prove dangerous by allowing children access to the rooftop?

...then again, I'm sure building code and safety is a little more lax in Spain than it is here in Ontario.

Simple, clever, elegant and most importantly cost effective.

The series of pictures taken showed how clear and effortless it is for the construction, but the thinking process behind the methodology must have been so carefully thought through in order for such simplicity to be executed so elegantly.
