Too near the radiator, and too near the shelving from where even a baby can pull stuff to choke on. And anything mom or dad puts on those shelves near the ceiling can easily fall inside the crib and hurt the baby. What will happen after 3 years when the older kid will be 6, and the younger 3. He won't be baby anymore. And after 6 years... Children room need fast changes. Not furniture-monuments.
