I have seen the building in its winning form: the facade was entirely build in a mirroring material thus perfectly reflecting its surroundings. This was almost entirely lost in the finished building i think. It’s a shame but a quite nice result anyway.

it appears from the last image that the majority of the exterior of the competition version reflects the surroundings with mirror panels (giving it the name Mirage?) — something that was lost in the built form, save a few scattered (maybe 1 in 20?) mirror panels.
