A very attractive project - elegant solutions for the problems being addressed. But I also wonder how many current property owners will agree to it. Very nice nonetheless.

in identifying 3 prototypical relationships (or maybe as appropriate - 3 prototypical attitudes?.....) i think these guys are being brave to try to find better answers to social housing. I really like the principles of their project which seem to cover alot of ground with regards to social housing and its knock on effects (socially, enviromentally etc plus green issues ). Realistically I wonder how many "own home owners" would be prepared to agree to this build (some but maybe not everyone? - with the right incentives?) Another approach could be to build on buildings which are privately owned & primarily rented out. In this way there could be other opportunities with regards to improving of social housing, layout & dynamics of a city etc. Although again some people might be opposed and possibly/maybe I guess for good reasons. Maybe some buildings are more appropriate to build on for this project than others..... project looks really good to me.
