I live in the Balkans and I was totally not surprise to read this story and... Sometimes you cannot compete with way tooooo much complicated circumstances in the society where everyone is an "expert"... And for the project, I like the concept. But normally the architect gives in to the demands of the clients and is himself responsible for the f#%k up.
