		<description>For those that don&#039;t live in the Balkans this seems really surreal (the collaboration with the clients and stuff...), but people... it really is like that... I live in the Balkans and I was totally not surprise to read this story and... Sometimes you cannot compete with way tooooo much complicated circumstances in the society where everyone is an &quot;expert&quot;... 

And for the project, I like the concept. The setting is unrepeatable</description>

		<description>an interesting concept, although not intended by the designers. not very unlikely in Eastern European countries. But normally the architect gives in to the demands of the clients and is himself responsible for the f#%k up. At least now it is clear where the architecture stops and where the builder takes over.</description>
