The sink is the wrong way round you, half the time you have to have your back to your mates sat waiting for the food, very social. where do you try out food techniques you could do at home like make icecream or Sous-vide. thought the whole point of this place is to cook and experience food of the highest order , why does the design of the kitchen area not seem to reflect this? uhm lovely space. but the design of the kitchen is awful.
