Architects (part II minimum)
ACME is a London-based practice operating in the fields of contemporary architecture, urban planning, interior and product design; working with private, corporate and public clients.
Following a number of recent competition wins and commissions, ACME is looking for exceptional, enthusiastic individuals to join its team of architects.
Current projects within the UK include an affordable housing scheme in Wales and a large format inner city retail building with a complex, bespoke façade system. Internationally, ACME is engaged in two large-scale retail/ mixed use schemes in Eastern Europe and a prestigious cultural and education building in the Middle East.
There are opportunities within these diverse projects for both architectural assistants (Part II) and qualified architects (5+ years post qualification) with a strong track record in cultural, retail, affordable housing or education buildings.
Required:
- excellent design skills
- interest in experimentation and design challenges
- proven construction detailing
- proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, 3D max, Adobe software
- fluent in spoken and written English
Preferable:
- experience developing complex façade systems
- bespoke office or education fit-out experience
- experience working in the UK, Middle East or Eastern Europe
- positive and confident attitude, well organized, able to work efficiently under tight schedules
