Where have you been living? 9 of 10 of the showers I remodel/build in the US
include hand-held shower heads. In addition to offering flexibility of the
shower-head position/height they are great for washing down your walls and
glass enclosure.

If I were in Barcelona, I would have purchased the orange one shown at the top of this post.

Very nice — Hope they’ll offer a US-version soon for fixed install (not hand held like most european shower heads). Cheers!
