Interesting concept.
Security, hygiene, cleaning and general shape after certain use period requires complex and costly supervision.
Have some ideas where and how it can be used for serious business purpose

I like it. Got me thinking of a bunch of them together as a motel of sorts. New Name " Crash pads" good for back packers or the like while traveling.How about a few of them on the beach in the State Park on Maui, Might be better than a tent. It's all in the thinking :)
