		<description>It&#039;s bamboo btw; not wood!  Do not underestimate the strength bamboo, it&#039;s commonly used by Chinese throughout the history; plays a big part in their cooking as well.  Not only aesthetically pleasing, also extremely functional. This design has cleverly re-interpret , simplified the trantional item into this fab looking modern kitchen ware; full of identiy and cultural vibes. Loving it!</description>

		<description>Great kitchen cookware set.  The material expression is beautiful yet I question the use of wood as it relates to its ability to age and respond to heat.  Maybe ciramic with free form horizontal stratification would be pragmatically more appropriate.</description>
