WOW! My childhood neighbourhood on DEZEEN! I used to ride bike here guys!
By the way, in a way, i’m not really fond of the project because of the lack of good details (i.e. the windows frames). I know there’ wasn’t a lot of money, but then maybe should have considered a design typology that allow as much fun as this one but fitting more with cheap windows frames. But for the rest, the project answer looks pretty well masterized. In another way i’m very impressed by the success of the architects to integrate such kind of design in this context!! I’m very excited to see such work in my hometown and my neigbourhood considering the urban, political and cultural context.
The city have always been very conservative and i think such contemporary design is a first time here!

As English as the Caruso St.John project in Nottingham was, as French is this thing. I don’t really appreciate the latter, to say the least..
