		<description>this project is reminiscent of the fake infill sites created in Italy during the early 20th century. Concept it static and does not incorporate this main &#039;mandarin&#039; element enough programatically or tectonically, furthermore I find the symmetry off putting.</description>

The composition is enhanced by the orange structure. It is a structure that is both graphic, but maintains a delicate touch, no element is forced onto the project, which is something rare these days.</description>

		<description>Unfortunately, we rarely see such interesting new architecture here in the USA. I very much like that the 4 towers are identical, but depending on how the light hits them, they look slightly different. See the first and second-to-last photos.</description>
