My apartment also got windows, and i am starting to feel lucky. I will not say anything about "all mothers" (included in "any mother") since that would be stupid, but there are people moving in there, and if they feel unsafe despite the architects attempts to making them feel safe maybe they can install an alarmsystem. I've never lived in the place you recommend nor have any intenton to, bu I do know a house shoould be a safe place for the family to live in, especially for young children. Since this is not a model house, but lived in, I suppose, by an actual family, I'd rather not make further comment except that any mother won't move in this house before some major modifications have been made.
