Those vases are absolutely charming! I love them and will try to find out how to buy some. Clever reuse of materials.

I Saw pics them on designboom too, they show them being made- so are not photoshopped.
Nice work.

Just what is it that we are looking at here? Renderings with plants photo-shopped into them? And hand-craftiness adds inherent value? are you kidding me? Why would I want things hand made when there are plenty of other techniques that simply make a better quality product. I went to my local cobbler to replicate some shoes that I really liked and he gave me a very decent price but outlined that he could not make the welds at tight as the machined shoes. He, as a cobbler, preferred the machined shoes. Don't make me an argument for inspiration, what inspires me will inspire me, simply tell me what inspired you. What is the fact that you were trying to reuse discarded material and the unique shapes leftover allowed for some interesting but limiting combinations? What is that 3 tones created a much more vibrant play with light than 1 or 2 tones? The thing is they look kind of cool, but they dont look real, and its a different way to make a vase. Thats the beginning of an argument for why I should invest in them.
