I really like this design, it's what open concept is all about. The modest scale of the house is maximized by keeping the ceiling open and the various building materials make the space cozy. It does however seem out of place in this location because it's faux tree facade. It is still a nice pre-fab.design, cheers MYCC.

As far as pre-assembled modular buildings go, this one is really well done. The simple appearance of the gable house belies this project's actual complexity and quite sophisticated concept and site resolution, I think. At first glance, I too thought the abstracted trees on the weathering steel to be rather gimmicky, but the views of the interior are effective - they're convincingly done and are very beautiful. The shadows that the perforations cast and the quality of light is great - much better than if they had simply used nothing but glass. The nighttime illuminated views shows the quality of the effect is also strong at night. Cost information would be interesting to see.
