Not sure that this voices Parisian resistance against modern architecture….Rather against the confusion between the public and private interest that has become customary among French politicians. The man in charge of cultural affairs in Paris (adjoint au maire de Paris charge de la culture), Christophe Girard, is also LVMH strategy director. What a coincidence….Et Hop! Here is the Louis Vuitton Foundation being built on one of the rare green spaces that children can enjoy in Paris without Parisians having been consulted on this ever. As a result 11 000 m2 of green space are now missing.
