Dezeenwire: Design Museum curator Alex Newson gives a tour of key projects in the Brit Insurance Designs of the Year 2011 exhibition, which opens at the museum today, in this BBC News movie.
The awards are an annual showcase of the most innovative designs across the fields of architecture, product, furniture, fashion, graphic, interactive, and transport design. The exhibition presents over 90 shortlisted projects and an overall winner will be announced on 15 March.
