Competitions generally don't demand such details but it is important to mention the materials and textures that are to be used in such projects which involve human interaction to such extents. Also, if one has to appreciate the FORM, there should be some sense of mystery and excitement attached to it, bringing variation to spaces and designing them at human scale rather than monumental plays an important role, but that too seems missing in the design.
