Someone has set up a #milanuncut Posterous site (http://milanuncut.posterous.com/) where people can explore topics in more depth by posting questions and answers.
A lot of people are linking to an excellent article in Form magazine by Hana Nova Beatrice, which discusses the royalty system.
Another article getting a lot of linkage is this piece published in icon magazine in 2006 by Kieran Long, exploring designers' low pay.
