I wonder if privacy could be included in this concept and if openness is encouraged, why can't the beds and rooms reorganize around social relationships built in the recovery lounge. I always chat to my neighbours, one of the most interesting and comforting aspects pre-surgery.
This is a horrible idea. This is how infections and superbugs spread. Also not to menton the lack of privacy for the patient.
